英国RSL现代音乐与表演艺术认证委员会于1991年成立于英国伦敦，是全球领先的现代艺术资质证书颁发机构。我们提供的等级认证资格证书受到英国的英格兰资格与考试监督办公室 (Ofqual)、威尔士资格认证 (Qualifications Wales)、北爱尔兰教学大纲/考试与评估委员会(CCEA) 以及苏格兰学历管理委员会 (SQA) 监管。参加RSL等级认证，意味着你的学习成就将获得资格认定与考核，且在全球获得承认。我们提供的资格认证涵盖入门等级直至英国的Level 6（大学最后一年末同等学力），包括：Rockschool 现代音乐类（吉他、贝司、架子鼓、流行钢琴与键盘乐器、尤克里里、音乐制作、流行乐理、流行演唱）、RSL 古典音乐类（钢琴）、PAA现代表现艺术（音乐剧、戏剧、街舞、爵士舞）、创意产业资格认证（视频博主、播客）、职业教育资格认证、以及最新推出的RSL古典钢琴等级认证。高等级RSL资格证书适用于英国UCAS加分。RSL资格认证在全球50多个国家实施，并于2018年获颁"英女王企业奖"，以表彰RSL在国际业务中所取得的持续性成就。

RSL自2015年6月进入中国大陆以来，致力于提高现代音乐学习的学术性、专业性和趣味性，受到广大音乐爱好者、教师与学生的欢迎。截至2021年，RSL在中国大陆除西藏外的各个省、直辖市、自治区拥有指定教学合作代理机构，并与国际学校合作。英国考官的足迹遍布大江南北、以至边远山区，实施认证。RSL中国办公室及各地代理机构努力为实现教育机会均等、提升音乐与表演艺术教学质量而努力。

 2020年，在校外音乐培训行业受到新冠疫情严重影响的情况下，中国大陆仍有几十个城市的数千名考生对自己的课外学习坚持不懈，参加了英国RSL推出的线上认证。

 2021年5月30日，为答谢各地音乐培训机构师生对RSL的厚爱、展示RSL原汁原味现代音乐作品的魅力，RSL中国办公室[瑞思乐（北京）咨询有限公司]将在北京举办高分考生汇报音乐会。

RSL (RSL Awards Limited) brings together the leading names in contemporary arts. We are a global, specialist awarding body, and our grades are regulated in the UK by the qualifications regulators of England (Ofqual), Wales (Qualifications Wales), Northern Ireland (CCEA) and the Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA). When you take an RSL exam you will have a qualification and measure of your achievement that is recognised around the world. Our qualifications ranged from the Entry Level up to Level 6, covering graded exams in Contemporary Musical Instruments (guitars, bass, drums, pop piano and keyboards, ukulele, music production, pop music theory and pop vocals), Contemporary Performing arts (musical theatre, street dance and jazz dance), Creative Qualifications (vlogging and podcasting), Vocational Qualifications and the most recent RSL Classical Piano qualifications. Advanced level RSL certificates carry UCAS points. RSL exams are delivered in more than 50 countries. In 2018, RSL proudly received the Queens Award for Enterprise in International Trade to recognise the continuous growth and achievement in the international business.

RSL entered the mainland of China since June 2015. Featured with academic rigorous, engaging and industry relevant, our qualifications have been widely accepted by music lovers and learners. Till 2021, RSL has partnered with music teaching organisations and international schools, and have business collaborations in every province, autonomous region (except Tibet) and province-level municipality. RSL British examiners have travelled across the country including remote areas to deliver RSL exams. RSL China Office and and collaborative business partners are dedicated to create the equality in education, and improve the teaching quality in music and performing arts.

In 2020, although the whole industry of extra-curriculum music education training was deeply impacted by the pandemic, there were still thousands of candidates in the mainland of China sat RSL remote online exams and continued with their learning.

RSL China Office is organising this High Achievers Concert to thank the supportive teachers and students from RSL reps network and showcase the beauty of RSL syllabus music.
