• 观众购票截止日期：2021年11月16日晚6点。座位有限，请尽快报名留座。
• 观众门票价格包含由大使官邸主厨供应的茶歇、人身保险费。
• 请务必携带与报名信息一致的身份证件参加活动。使馆安保将对观众身份进行核验，并有可能要求开包检查，感谢您的配合与理解。

• 无法出席活动申请退票时，请在2021年11月17日下午2点前邮件联系主办方：14833055@qq.com，并注明退款路径（收款银行账户名称、账号、开户行名称）。逾期恕无法操作退款。
• 若因疫情原因致活动无法如期举办，主办方全额退款。

• RSL China Office is proud to host the first RSL Classical Music Concert at Her Majesty's Ambassador's Residence in Beijing on 18th November 2021.
• Audience sign-up deadline: 16 November 2021. Late entrance is not accepted.
• Ticket price includes tea break offered by the Residence's catering team and insurance.
• Please bring your ID proof to attend the event for the embassy security team to verify. 
• Ticket cancellation and refund: please email 14833055@qq.com before 2pm, 17th November if you want to cancel and refund your ticket, and include your full bank account name, account number and bank name in the email. We are sorry that we are not able to process refund request later than the specified date and time.
• In case the event has to be cancelled due to local covid-19 control, we will refund in full for your purchased ticket.

• 官邸内无法停车。若自驾前往，请将车停在东大桥路边停车场或附近侨福芳草地购物中心地下停车场。
• 进入大使官邸时，请务必携带和出示本人身份证（包括成年人及未成年人）。官邸安保人员将进行例行安全检查，请配合。
• 未成人观众必须有监护人（家长或老师）陪同。未成年人若没有身份证，请监护人携带户口本并能证明监护关系。
• 大使官邸支持环保禁塑要求，请勿携带一次性瓶装水入场。官邸提供饮用水。

• The Residence provides a grand piano. Violinists please bring your own instruments. If the musicians are in need of music stand, please indicate in the sign-up form.
• Each entrant must bring his/her own ID proof. Each non-adult musician must come with an guardian (both have to bring their own ID proof).
• The Residence supports environmental protection. Bottled water is not recommended to bring to the Residence. The Residence provides drinking water.​
